Fall-Winter  programs now posted

3 types of programs for Fall-Winter:

Refresher sessions – 4 weeks – Mondays at Forest Hill Arena & Thursdays at York Mills Arena Arena (starts in September)

Building your base – 6-7 weeks sessions Friday and Saturday at Upper Canada College  (starts in Sept.)

 Building the strong foundation – 8-10 week sessions – Saturdays at Chesswood arena & Sundays at Chesswood (starts after Thanksgiving October 14/15)
