Spring 2018 Programs
Adult Power Skating
This program will help you improve your skating skills you may already have and teach you a few more skating techniques.; for example forward crossovers, sometimes we cover backward crossovers, defensive pivots, transition turns, tight turns at speed with a puck and more. We will spend 25 mins of power skating and 25 mins of stick handling, shooting, passing and more. We repeat the drills many times so that you become comfortable with the new skill or improve technique. Our hockey background coaches will coach the stickhandling portion and share their many years of hockey training knowledge.
