PS 001 - Fundamentals
Spring Balance and Agility
Balance is an even distribution of weight enabling a player to remain upright and steady. We will work through a series of 1 leg balance drills, 1 leg edges, up-and-down drills and stationary balancing.
Agility for hockey players is the ability to move easily and quickly. We will work through a series of drills moving from side-to-side (lateral), quick feet, variations of the iron cross and lots of pivots.
