DRAFT SCHEDULE

Half day 

  • 1st hour - forward & backward stride, stopping
  • 2nd hour - edges, turns, crossovers
  • 3rd hour - fast feet, agility, scrimmage

Full day

  • 9-11:30 am on ice
  • 11:30- 1:00pm  lunch
  • 1:00-3:00pm on ice
